According to the roadmap announced by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training (GDĐT), parents will access, check, and confirm information on the entrance exam page at https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn from today, February 3rd to the end of March 3rd.
Parents need to proactively coordinate with schools or local authorities to adjust information within the prescribed time limit. At the same time, provide full evidence and valid documents when there are changes in information compared to current residence data on VNeID.
The steps to conduct information review are as follows:
Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge web browser (or Firefox, Chrome, Cốc cốc, Safari...).
Step 2: Access the address: https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn/.
Step 3: On the home screen, parents should carefully read the information sections on regulations, information, and instructions for enrollment registration.
Step 4: Select [Information Confirmation], select the level, personal identification number and password provided to perform the enrollment result lookup.
Students are studying at the end of preschool, parents choose the registered enrollment level as primary school.
Students are in 5th grade, parents choose secondary school as the registered enrollment level.
Step 5: The system displays the interface "Check student information", parents review the information of the student's final grade application.
The Department of Education and Training notes that if parents do not review or do not confirm information within the deadline before March 3, the system will automatically consider that parents have approved all existing information. This data will be used as the official and unique basis for the enrollment process.
The Department also said that requests for changes related to the current residence after March 3 will not be resolved. The only exception is for special cases such as students transferring from other provinces and cities or having legitimate reasons.
