On March 5, Duy Tan University organized the Handover ceremony of electric cars for research and practice (Cooperation training program between VinFast and Duy Tan University).

This is an activity after VinFast signed a memorandum of understanding with Duy Tan University on January 12, 2026 (in the framework of the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on source technician training cooperation between VinFast and 30 universities and colleges) to promote cooperation between businesses and schools in the field of electric vehicle technician training and skills and nghiệp vụ training programs related to the automobile industry.
With the goal of standardizing programs, textbooks, and learning materials to develop high-quality human resources, meeting practical needs in the field of electric car production, maintenance and repair, VinFast has sponsored 2 electric cars (VF9 and VF6) along with many practical equipment and genuine standard electric car repair technical training textbooks, contributing to the effective implementation of the "Real learning - Practical practice" parallel training model that VinFast is implementing.
Along with bringing cars into training at the school, VinFast supports the development and deployment of the module "Basic repair techniques for VinFast electric cars" in the formal training program, in the form of compulsory or optional modules. In parallel with that, VinFast implements the "Train-the-Trainer" transfer program for the school's teaching staff, helping to update battery technology, transmission systems and electric car diagnostic software.

Among the 30 units receiving electric car lines, Duy Tan University is one of the few universities that VinFast has handed over the VF9 car line - the most advanced version today. Accordingly, Duy Tan students will have more conditions to research and practice directly with new technologies integrated on VF9 such as: Advanced Driving Assist System (ADAS); Smart Virtual Cockpit E-Cockpit and many other advanced accessories.
Along with the process of studying and practicing at the school, students of Duy Tan University also have the opportunity to access internship/practice positions at VinFast service workshops and factories. Excellent students participating in the cooperative training program will be prioritized by VinFast for recruitment after graduation, and will also be given conditions to participate in competitions, research projects, and develop initiatives related to Electric Vehicle Technology, thereby shaping professional competence and confidently integrating into the design - production - service environment.
