This cooperation marks an important step forward in connecting schools with businesses, opening up many international learning and job opportunities for students, especially under the job transfer program in the Federal Republic of Germany.
According to the signed content, the two sides will coordinate to organize consulting programs and seminars to provide information on the program of transferring degrees - working in Germany. This activity aims to help students access official information and limit risks when learning about working programs abroad.
AVT representative said that the demand for human resources in Germany, especially in the fields of nursing, health care, technology and services, is at a high level. The degree conversion program creates conditions for people who have graduated from colleges and universities in Vietnam to have their degrees recognized according to German regulations, thereby having the opportunity to work and enjoy benefits according to labor laws in Germany.
Within the framework of the signing ceremony, the two sides organized a seminar with the theme "From Vietnamese University degrees to job opportunities in Germany". Here, students were introduced in detail about the program and foreign language requirements, professional standards, application procedures to notes when living and working in Germany under the degree transfer program. Many questions related to costs, application processing time, recruitment conditions and actual job details were also directly discussed.

In addition, AVT Group has also awarded scholarships to support students in difficult circumstances and scholarships for the degree conversion program, as part of the corporate social responsibility commitment. Scholarships are not only of material value but also a source of spiritual encouragement, adding faith to students on their journey to pursue their dream of reaching out to the international labor market.
In the coming time, the two sides expect to continue to implement many practical activities, contributing to correct career orientation, expanding international job opportunities and improving the quality of Vietnamese human resources in the context of global integration.
