This is the 44th blood donation festival held at Dong A University. The program recorded more than 800 registrations. From a very early age, many students were present, lining up to complete the steps of health check-ups and blood donation. Many first-year students have participated in blood donation many times a year, showing proactiveness and responsibility to the community.
In addition to the student force, many lecturers and staff of the school also directly participated. Most of these have donated blood 5 to 10 times. The companionship of teachers contributes to spreading the spirit of humanity, creating a positive impact in the higher education environment.
The festival also recognizes the participation of local people and foreign friends living and studying in Da Nang. This shows that the spread of blood donation activities extends beyond the scope of schools.
Dong A University regularly maintains annual voluntary blood donation festivals. In 2025 alone, three festivals were held, collecting a total of 1,008 units of blood. Through 44 times of organization, students and staff of the school have contributed more than 14,000 units of blood to the community.
At the same time, the School Youth Union's Blood Bank continues to be maintained, ready to promptly support emergency cases requiring rare blood. The voluntary blood donation activity at Dong A University therefore not only has a humanitarian meaning, but is also a testament to the spirit of social responsibility being sustainably nurtured in the university environment.
