Previously, on April 17, the People's Committee of Tiem Tom town also issued a decision to establish a team to inspect the conditions for implementing professional regulations at the Thu Suong preschool group.
Through the inspection, the owner of the establishment admitted the image in the clip was from a cooking staff at Thu Suong Kindergarten group. The incident occurred around early April 2025, until April 16, 2025 the clip was posted on social networks.
Through the report, the owner admitted that the reason for the incident was due to anorexia, so the staff had acts of cramming food for about 3 children from 1 to 2 years old. After the incident, the owner and the staff went directly to the family of 3 children to acknowledge their behavior.
Through the inspection results, the inspection team found that the Thu Suong preschool group had signs of violating professional regulations that did not ensure physical and mental safety for children in child care, care and education activities according to regulations. Based on legal regulations, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tiem Tom town has issued a decision to temporarily suspend the operation of the Thu Suong preschool group and is waiting for further handling.
Regarding the arrangement of children at Thu Suong preschool group facilities when suspending operations, the Department of Education and Training directed the Department of Education and Training of Ba Tri district to discuss and agree with the family to transfer children studying at Thu Suong preschool group to study at schools, groups, and classes in Tiem Tom town and kindergartens in neighboring communes, in the spirit of creating all conditions for children to be nurtured, cared for, and educated best and parents can feel secure when sending their children.
