New school name after arrangement in a series of wards in Ho Chi Minh City

After arranging the public school network, many wards in Ho Chi Minh City have announced new school names.

After the overall plan for arranging the network of public preschool, general, and continuing education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City was approved, many wards have successively announced plans to arrange, establish new schools and consolidate management personnel.

Below are some schools that have announced their arrangement decisions.

Saigon Ward

After arrangement, Saigon ward still has 5 schools. Hoa Lu Kindergarten and Le Thi Rieng Kindergarten were merged into Saigon Kindergarten.

Vo Truong Toan Secondary School, Nguyen Binh Khiem Elementary School, Hoa Binh Elementary School and 30 Thang 4 Kindergarten remain the same names.

Ben Thanh Ward

After arrangement, Ben Thanh ward has 9 schools left, a reduction of 4 schools.

Nguyen Du Secondary School was formed on the basis of merging Nguyen Du Secondary School and Dong Khoi Secondary School.

Khai Minh Primary School was formed on the basis of merging Khai Minh Primary School and Nguyen Thai Binh Primary School.

Tuoi Hong Kindergarten was formed from Tuoi Hong Kindergarten and Nguyen Thai Binh Kindergarten. Tuoi Tho Kindergarten was formed from Tuoi Tho Kindergarten and Pham Ngu Lao Kindergarten.

The remaining schools retain their names, including Ben Thanh Kindergarten and Nguyen Thai Hoc, Le Ngoc Han, Ket Doan, Nguyen Hue primary schools.

Tan Dinh Ward

Tan Dinh ward is from 9 schools to 6 schools.

Tan Dinh Kindergarten was formed from Hoa Quynh Kindergarten and Tan Dinh Kindergarten.

Tan Dinh Primary and Secondary School was formed from Duoc Song Primary School, Tran Khanh Du Primary School and Van Lang Secondary School.

Be Ngoan kindergarten, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School, Huynh Khuong Ninh Secondary School and Tran Van On Secondary School are kept unchanged.

Thoi An Ward

After arrangement, Thoi An ward has 9 schools left, a reduction of 4 schools.

Hoa Mi 1 Kindergarten was formed from Son Ca 9 Kindergarten and Hoa Mi 1 Kindergarten; Hoa Do Quyen Kindergarten was formed from Hoa Do Quyen Kindergarten and Mai Vang Kindergarten; Hong Yen Kindergarten was formed from Hong Yen Kindergarten and Son Ca 2 Kindergarten.

Luong The Vinh Secondary School was formed from To Ngoc Van Secondary School and Luong The Vinh Secondary School.

Tan Hung Ward

Tan Hung ward is from 12 schools to 9 schools.

Tan Quy Kindergarten was formed from Tan Quy Kindergarten and Tan Kieng Kindergarten.

Tan Phong Kindergarten was formed from Tan Phong Kindergarten and Tan Phong 2 Kindergarten.

Tan Hung Primary School was formed from Tan Hung Primary School and Tan Quy Primary School.

Tan Hung Kindergarten, Luong The Vinh Primary School, Vo Thi Sau Primary School, Nguyen Thi Thap Secondary School, Nguyen Huu Tho Secondary School and Tran Quoc Tuan Secondary School are kept unchanged.

Chanh Hung Ward

After arrangement, Chanh Hung ward will have 13 schools from 21 schools.

The remaining schools include Vuon Hong Kindergarten, Tuoi Hoa Kindergarten, Au Duong Lan Primary School, Chanh Hung Secondary School and Ly Thanh Tong Secondary School.

Viet Nhi Kindergarten was formed from Binh Minh Kindergarten and Viet Nhi Kindergarten; Vanh Khuyen Kindergarten was formed from Vanh Khuyen Kindergarten and Hoa Mai Kindergarten; Vang Anh Kindergarten was formed from Vang Anh Kindergarten and Nang Mai Kindergarten.

Nguyen Truc Primary School was formed from Rach Ong Primary School and Nguyen Truc Primary School; Thai Hung Primary School was formed from Thai Hung Primary School and Vam Co Dong Primary School; Hung Phu Primary School was formed from Hung Phu Primary School and Ly Nhan Tong Primary School.

Tran Danh Ninh Primary and Secondary School was formed from Tran Danh Lam Primary School and Tran Danh Ninh Secondary School.

Duong Ba Trac Secondary School was formed from Duong Ba Trac Secondary School and Khanh Binh Secondary School.
