Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong said that this is a special point of this year's graduation exam and those changes will more or less affect the leadership and direction of exam organization.
For the exam to take place fairly, seriously and safely, the Deputy Minister suggested that inspection and examination work must be carried out proactively and promptly.
"Many teachers have participated in the Ministry's inspection and examination teams before but cannot be negligent. This training is still an opportunity for teachers to listen, research documents, and review whether there are any problems in inspection and examination work, if they boldly ask questions to get answers", Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong emphasized.
The Deputy Minister also suggested that provinces and cities must carry out inspection and examination work in all 3 stages: Before, during and after the exam.
The inspection and examination process must also be friendly, flexible but strict in accordance with regulations and rules.
"The exam takes place at the end of June, right in the hot summer, while the workload is large, easily causing pressure. Subjects being inspected and checked often have the mentality of " being questioned". Therefore, if the inspection and examination staff have a bad attitude, it may not affect the general work as desired," Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong noted.
