High school transcript admission based on the total average score of 3 subjects in grade 12.
High school transcript admission based on the average score for the whole 12th grade year.
Admission consideration combines high school graduation exam scores with high school transcript scores.
Admission based on prestigious international certificates (SAT, ACT, A level, IB): candidates who graduate from high school or equivalent, have valid international certificates SAT, ACT, A level, IB and achieve the converted score level according to the school's regulations.
Regarding training majors, in 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology plans to open 3 new majors, including Network Security and 2 majors in the field of health science, which are Medicine and Traditional Medicine.
The school applies 6 admission combinations for each major for most training majors, ensuring flexibility, in line with the 2018 General Education program and the specifics of each major group.
Regarding the 2 majors expected to be enrolled, Medicine and Traditional Medicine, HUTECH applies 3 admission combinations, including combinations with Mathematics - Chemistry or Mathematics - Biology, to ensure the requirements of natural science knowledge platforms for health majors.
