More universities training in Medicine announce admission methods for 2026

    To date, many universities across the country have begun to announce their expected enrollment plans for 2026.

    Nam Can Tho University has just announced information on university admission in 2026.

    The school's admission method includes admission and a combination of entrance exams and admissions for a number of industry groups. Specifically as follows:

    - Method 1: Considering the results of the high school graduation exam - (Grade 100);

    - Method 2: Considering high school academic results ( transcript) (Case 200);

    - Method 3: Direct admission according to the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training - (Code 301);

    - Method 4: Competency assessment test, thinking assessment organized by training institutions for admission (code 401);

    - Method 5: Use the results of the competency assessment test organized by another unit for admission - (Code 402)

    - Method 6: Combine the results of the high school graduation exam with the results of high school learning for admission - (Case 407)

    - Method 7: Combine high school graduation exam results with international certificates for admission - (Case 409)

    - Method 8: Combine high school academic results with international certificates for admission - (Case 410)

    - Method 9: Admission of foreign high school graduates (Case 411)

    - Method 10: Combine international certificates with other criteria for admission - (Code 415)

    Priority is given to direct admission according to DNC's own project, including candidates with SAT, A-Level, IB, ACT certificates, priority is given to admission to the University program in English, with international training linkages. Candidates with an international English certificate equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or higher ( valid from October 1, 2023 and valid until October 1, 2026) are considered for the University program in English, international training linkage.

    For the fields of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, candidates must have grade 12 academic performance classified as Good/Good or high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher; Medical Testing Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Preventive Medicine, Nursing candidates must have grade 12 academic performance classified as Good or higher or high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher.

    For candidates recruited in the Health sector group based on high school graduation exam scores, the school will base on the threshold for input quality assurance prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

    The school noted that for architectural majors with admission combinations including drawing proficiency, candidates can take drawing exam results from other universities to combine with admission.
