On the afternoon of August 22, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the admission scores for regular university admission in 2025.
Accordingly, the Medicine major has the highest benchmark score with 23.88 points; followed by the Dentistry with 23.35 points and the Pharmacy with 20.80 points. The remaining majors range from 17.00 points to 19.50 points.

Admitted candidates must have an admission score equal to or higher than the prescribed admission score. Accordingly, the admission score is the total score of 3 admission subjects (for the V-SAT method, the score is converted) and the priority score, rounding up to 02 decimal places.
For candidates with a total score of 22.5 or higher, the priority score is determined according to the following formula:
Priority score = [(30 Total scored)/7.5] × Priority score prescribed by the Admission Regulations.
For candidates with a total score of less than 22.5, the priority score is equal to the regional priority score + the priority score for the subject.
