Regarding the case of teacher N.T.V, homeroom teacher of class 4B, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School (Bich Dao Ward, Ninh Binh City) being accused by parents of using insulting and humiliating words to students, on the afternoon of October 1, talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Do Van Tu - Principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School said that after learning about the incident, the school's Board of Directors temporarily suspended Ms. V from work, starting from September 25 to verify and clarify the incident.
According to Mr. Tu, after being temporarily suspended from work, Ms. V reported the entire incident.
Initially, Ms. V admitted that she had used inappropriate, insulting, and humiliating words towards students, as shown in the audio files that parents sent with the complaint, as well as the audio files that parents posted on Facebook, which were Ms. V's words.
"Ms. V has also sincerely and seriously accepted responsibility. Currently, Ms. V is still temporarily suspended from work for disciplinary procedures. Our point of view is to strictly discipline any violation, absolutely no cover-up" - Mr. Tu said.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of September 25, a parent whose child was studying in class 4B, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School (Bich Dao Ward, Ninh Binh City) posted an audio file on Facebook. The content of the audio file contained insulting words and curses that were not up to the standards of a teacher, causing pressure and seriously affecting the psychology of the student.
At the same time, this parent also filed a petition and sent the audio files to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City. Immediately after that, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City quickly intervened, directing the Board of Directors of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School to coordinate with functional units to clarify the matter.
