On June 3, information from the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center (Tramoc) - Hanoi Department of Construction said that after implementing the prescribed ordering procedures, on June 5, 2025, Vinbus Eco-T transportation Service Company Limited will organize the opening ceremony, putting bus route No. 43 into operation to serve the travel needs of the people.
Bus No. 43 uses an average electric bus with a capacity of 60 seats, running on the Kim Ma - Dong Anh Town route (Dong Anh district, Hanoi).




Bus route 43: Kim Ma (No. 1 Kim Ma) - Giang Vo - Hao Nam - O Cho Dua - Kham Thien - Nguyen Thuong Hien - Tran Binh Dao - Quang Trung - Ly Thuong Kiet - Phan Chu Trinh - Ly Thai To - Ngo Quyen - Hang Voi - Hang Tre - Hang Muoi - Tran Nhat Duat - Yen Phu - Long Bien - Yen Phu - Tran Nhat Duat transit point - Chuong Duong bridge - Nguyen Van Cu - Ly Son - Dong Tru - Truong Sa bridge - Dau Canh intersection - National Highway 3 - Cao Lo - Dong Anh town (3 attractions closely to Dong Anh) and vice versa.
Driving frequency: 15-20 minutes/trip; operating time from 5:00 to 9:00; ticket price is 12,000 VND/passenger/trip.


According to the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, the addition of 15 medium-sized electric buses to operation on bus route No. 43 has increased the total number of electric and green energy buses in Hanoi to 360 vehicles (241 electric buses and 139 CNG buses), accounting for 20.3% of the total number of subsidized vehicles, continuing to improve the quality of buses.
At the same time, this is also the basis for developing norms and unit prices for the remaining type of electric bus, aiming to convert the entire fleet of buses to buses using electricity and green energy according to the project approved by the Hanoi People's Committee.
