According to information, on the morning of February 24, Captain Tran Tien Dat and Captain Do Van Phuong, officers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, were on duty in the Nguyen Chi Thanh street area when they discovered a motorbike driven by Mr. L.V. H (born 1985), carrying his wife, Ms. T.T. T (born 1994). At this time, Ms. T showed signs of exhaustion and fainting.
The task force quickly supported the couple to stop the car on the side of the road, gave initial first aid, and gave Ms. T water to drink to recover. Through exchange, Mr. H said that he was taking his wife to Bach Mai Hospital for treatment. Ms. T suffered from epilepsy, often falling into a state of being awake and fainting; due to motion sickness, she could not move by car.
Recognizing this as a pathological situation that could develop complicatedly, affecting the patient's life, Captain Tran Tien Dat and Captain Do Van Phuong reported to the unit commander, and at the same time used a public vehicle to take Mr. H and his wife to Bach Mai Hospital for timely emergency treatment.
The patient's family expressed their emotion and thanked the traffic police force for their dedicated support, helping the patient to be taken to a safe medical facility at a critical time.
