Regarding the resolution of the petition to support the vehicle damage after the incident, the representative of the Project Management Board 2 said that at present, there is no support mechanism, the reason is because the State has not yet collected. Fee on this highway, the contractor is in the warranty phase. When the State collects fees, there will be a support policy if the incident occurs due to the cause of the failure.

“Even if the project is in the warranty period, the quality of traffic safety is still first. My case has been greatly damaged, if not supported, it is very disadvantaged. So hope the investor and the contractor will have the support, to ensure the benefits of the case after the incident ” - Mr. De shared.
Previously, as the Lao Dong newspaper informed, in the evening of 6.2, some drivers moved on Highway 45 - Nghi Son (heading from Thanh Hoa - Hanoi), to the territory of Trung Chinh commune, Nong district The sewer encountered quite dangerous situations, when the expansion slot was burst.
