The DT.719B Coastal Axis Project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, is 10.3 km long with a total investment of about 664 billion VND. The implementation period is 4 years and construction starts on December 15, 2022.
According to the Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects, the DT.719B Coastal Axis project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, is being constructed on the handed over land area of about 8.4 km out of a total of 10.3 km.
The current construction volume has reached about 30% of the contract. Of which, 2.1 km of the main road has been constructed, 0.7 km of the branch road is being cleared and the Phan River bridge has completed 1 bridge abutment and some bridge piers.

During the construction process, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province regularly inspected the project's progress and directed the urgent implementation of compensation and site clearance, speeding up the construction progress and disbursing public investment capital for the project.
According to the project management board, the site handover for construction has so far only reached 81.6%. Compensation and site clearance work still faces many difficulties and obstacles, and progress is slower than directed by the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, the committee directed the contractor to increase equipment, human resources, and gather construction materials to ensure construction is completed according to the signed contract deadline of May 3, 2025.
