According to Da Nang City People's Committee, the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee has issued an official dispatch related to compensation and site clearance (GPMB) for component project 2 under the Project to complete coastal road 129 (Vo Chi Cong road).
In which, the City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Thang Dien, Thang An and Thang Binh communes to preside over and coordinate with the City Land Fund Development Center to urgently complete compensation, support, resettlement and hand over land according to plan.
For 14 dossiers that have been approved for compensation and support plans in Thang Dien and Thang An communes, local authorities must continue to propagate, mobilize, dialogue and resolve petitions, complete payment and receive land handover before August 30.
In Thang Binh commune, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to urgently approve the compensation plan for the remaining 7 dossiers; complete payment for 8 approved dossiers. At the same time, focus on mobilizing 7 households that have not received money to urgently hand over the land before August 30.
In case households intentionally do not comply, the Chairmen of the Commune People's Committees are responsible for fully reviewing dossiers and legal conditions to carry out land recovery coercion according to their authority and prescribed procedures, and complete land handover before September 30th.
Regarding obstacles related to the land plot of Mr. N.V.N's household (Thang Dien commune), city leaders assigned the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport and Agricultural Works to coordinate actual inspection, review the design and study proposals to adjust the route direction according to the people's wishes, and report to competent authorities before August 20. Units receiving land must immediately organize construction there.
Da Nang City People's Committee also issued an official dispatch requesting to definitively handle the site clearance obstacles at the National Highway 14E Renovation and Upgrading Project (Km15+270 - Km89+700 section).
The city assigned the Land Fund Development Center to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of Thang Binh, Hiep Duc, and Phuoc Tra communes to urgently inspect and review each specific case that still has problems. The forces focus on completing dossiers, promoting propaganda, mobilization, and definitively resolving recommendations to pay and hand over land to investors before August 20.
Da Nang City People's Committee requests the Central Road Project Management Board to proactively coordinate closely with localities, promptly receive land to organize construction immediately, ensuring overall progress and traffic safety on the entire route. The City Land Fund Development Center is responsible for monitoring, summarizing and reporting implementation results to the City People's Committee to promptly handle contents beyond its authority.
