On the morning of February 5th, Mr. P.M. T - a driver traveling on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway reflected that a herd of cows suddenly appeared on this expressway, leading to collisions with trucks.
According to Mr. T, during the movement, many trucks and cars suddenly encountered herds of cows running in disarray on the highway. Some cows were hit by trucks and lay motionless on the road surface. Mr. T's car alone collided with a cow, causing the water tank to be heavily damaged.

After the collision, Mr. T's vehicle could not continue its journey and had to move to a rest stop on the highway to wait for the incident to be fixed.
The location of the incident is Km191 Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway, passing through Song Luy commune (Lam Dong).
According to initial information, at about 8 pm on February 4, a truck carrying about 10 cows was traveling in the North - South direction. When reaching the above road section, the rear door of the truck's body suddenly burst, causing the herd of cows to fall onto the road surface. After that, the cows panicked and ran scattered on the highway.
Many drivers driving vehicles had to brake suddenly and steer to avoid collisions. However, due to the sudden situation, collisions between cars and cows still occurred.
The Traffic Police force of Highway Patrol and Control Team No. 6 (Room 6, Traffic Police Department) and the route management unit urgently arrived at the scene.
The forces conduct remote traffic diversion, traffic regulation, and ensure safety for vehicles passing through the area.
