On April 24, the Road Maintenance Management Board of Lam Dong province (under the Department of Construction) said that it had relocated the residential area sign on National Highway 20, passing through Bao Loc Ward 3.
The signs R.420 (starting from densely populated areas) and R.421 (end from residential areas) are moved from Km114+615 to Km109+250, the B'Lao Sire intersection area. This adjustment helps extend the residential area area by more than 5km compared to before.
According to functional agencies, the section from Km109+250 to the center of Ward 3 has many intersections and people's roads connecting to National Highway 20, with high traffic volume, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.

Therefore, expanding the area for placing signs is to limit vehicle speed and minimize traffic accidents.
On this section, National Highway 20 is a two-way road, one lane for motorized vehicles in each direction. The maximum speed allowed in residential areas for cars is 50km/h; for motorbikes and specialized vehicles is 40km/h.
