After receiving information, the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police directed relevant units to inspect, verify and handle according to regulations.
Specifically, on March 6, driver Le Viet Luan (49 years old, residing in D'Ran commune, Lam Dong) driving a passenger car with license plate 50F-032. 58 of Hong An bus company had acts of reckless overtaking on National Highway 20, passing through B'Lao ward.
The traffic police force invited driver Luan to work. At the police station, this driver admitted to the violation as reflected by the people.
The second violation case is driver Pham Minh Hoang (33 years old, residing in Xuan Bac commune, Dong Nai province), the driver of truck license plate 60K-707. 86.

According to reports, on March 10, driver Hoang was driving a truck on National Highway 20, when passing Bao Loc Pass, he encroached on the lane and overtook recklessly on the pass road section. Working with functional agencies, this driver also admitted to the violation.
The Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police has made a record of handling violations against 2 drivers for the act of "overtaking vehicles in cases where overtaking is not allowed", according to point a, clause 5, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
According to regulations, this act is fined from 4 to 6 million VND, and at the same time 2 points are deducted from the driver's license.
