At the same time, it is recommended that people from provinces and localities coming to Hanoi to attend the celebration activities should use passenger transport cars, public transport vehicles, especially elevated metro (line No. 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong; line No. 3 Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station).
People need to follow the instructions of the authorities, stand on the sidewalk, do not jostle or overflow onto the road, causing obstacles for groups marking, parades, etc. At the same time, proactively access the website: https://a80.hanoi.gov.vn to learn necessary information before participating.

To ensure security and safety, contributing to the success of the celebration, Hanoi City Police recommends that traffic participants be vigilant and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety. When encountering priority vehicles giving signals, people must urgently walk close to the right side of the road, stop completely or switch to the nearest level crossing to give way to priority vehicles.
Hanoi City Police also requested the Department of Construction, Hanoi Transport Corporation, Vietnam Railway Corporation to base on their functions, authority and traffic diversion to increase public passenger transport vehicles, supplement road signaling systems, study and adjust the appropriate bus route and temporarily suspend the operation time of the Hanoi - Dong Dang railway line (passing through Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Le Duan).
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Huong - General Director of Hanoi Parking Area Exploitation Company Limited - said: According to the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, the unit has temporarily suspended the operation of parking lots in the inner city area and taken advantage of the headquarters of agencies and units such as the People's Committee of the ward, departments... to arrange parking. Therefore, people need to proactively prepare parking and parking plans. Ms. Huong also said that the price of care services will not change compared to normal days.

The airline has notified drivers of the best service, especially tourists, and kept the fares unchanged. Some routes will be closed to serve the event, forcing guests to go around. If they do not go around, the passenger will get off at the nearest point, the driver will report to the cruise terminal for the passenger to get off," said Mr. Hong.
