According to Lao Dong's investigation, the Hanoi People's Committee recently assigned 67,983.5 square meters of land in Uy No commune to Van Thuan HOLDINGS Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Dong Anh bus station construction project.
The location, boundary, and area of the land for project implementation are determined in the Master Plan of Land Use QH 04A prepared by Vietnam Planning and Architecture Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2020.
Of the total 67,983.5m2 of land, 54,129m2 of land is used to build Dong Anh bus station (3 times larger than Nuoc Ngam bus station). The form of land lease is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent.
The remaining 13,854.5m2 of land is land for traffic routes to the East and South according to the planning and land for green areas isolated from Ring Road 3. The State allocates the land and does not collect land use fees.
Land use term from the date of signing the land lease decision until June 24, 2067 (the date of expiry of land use term according to the Investment Policy Decision).
Van Thuan HOLDINGS Investment Joint Stock Company is responsible for synchronously constructing technical infrastructure, maintaining and repairing the project after construction investment and handing it over to local authorities for management and common use according to regulations.
According to the plan, Dong Anh bus station will have a 3-storey operating building in the central area of the bus station, designed in a modern style, with the characteristics of an inter-provincial bus station; a waiting room for buses and a parking lot for public transport vehicles; and a bus terminal.
The parking lot has a roof at the pick-up and drop-off area, interspersed with green trees in each area of the parking lot. In addition, there is a 9-12 storey commercial service building, arranged gradually lower towards the residential area of Uy No commune to harmonize with the current landscape.
Dong Anh bus station has 148 parking spaces, with the role of transporting passengers from Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Lang Son provinces to the center of Hanoi and regulating and supporting a part of the traffic volume from Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau provinces.
The North of Dong Anh bus station borders Ring Road 3, the South borders Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company and Dong Anh Aluminum Factory, the East borders Dan Mo village residential area, the West borders National Highway 3.
