According to document No. 727/TTDHGT-KHVT signed by Mr. Thai Ho Phuong - Director of the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, sent to enterprises participating in providing administrative procedures in Hanoi, it is recommended to coordinate in implementing the following contents:
Stop operations on 18 bus routes (routes 24, 23, 31, 38, Citytour 01, 34, 55, 41, 146, Citytour 03, 159, 144, E05, E07, E08, 43TC, E11, Citytour 02) from the time of traffic diversion for the 2nd General Meeting.
Adjust the route for 51 bus routes during the traffic diversion period to serve the 2nd General Meeting (with Appendices 1 and 2 with details attached), including: Adjust the route of 14 routes (No. 16, 01, 03A, 30, 33, 27, 51, 42, 161, E02, E03, 48).
Adjust the rotation of 39 routes (BRT01, 11, 12, 28, 17, 36, 54, 02, 04, 13, 22A, 26, 32, 40, 50, 52, 90, 98, 99, 100, 107, 86, 08A, 08B, 09A, 09B, 19, 25, 35A, 49, 58, 60A, 65, 143, 142, E09, 43, 47A, 69).
Add 03 more bus routes connecting to Cat Linh Station ( routes 02, 08B, E09) and 05 bus routes connecting to Cau Giay Station ( routes 143, 58, 13, 161, 09B) to increase passenger clearance.
Adjusting services for 29 bus routes serving the 2nd General Training Session, including: Adjusting services from the time of traffic diversion for 05 routes (25, 35A, 43, 50, 26). Adjust services and extend operating hours to 1-24pm for 24 routes (72, 123, 27, 49, 124, E01, E04, E06, E09, E02, 08A, 08B, 09A, 09B, 21A, 02, 22A, 32, 107, BRT01, 20A, 58, 163, 28).
For routes with adjusted routes, end points, and turns (no service adjustment) are implemented according to the prescribed roadmap until 4:30 p.m. or until requested by the authorities.
For the bus routes turning around, services must be adjusted, following the adjusted bus schedule according to the plan (from 16:00 to 16:0) from the time of road closure.
Prepare adequate means and human resources to increase passenger clearance when required. Coordinate information to people about the operation plan of bus routes during the traffic diversion period, so that people can proactively travel. Arrange personnel to coordinate with supervision forces, proactively monitor and report any arising issues to the Center.
Organize the extension of the operation time of the 2 urban railway lines to 24:00 (from 5:30-24:00). Route 2A: extended by 6 minutes and 30 seconds from 10:00-24, other time frames extended by 10 minutes. Route 3.1: extended by 6 minutes from 10:00-24, other time frames extended by 10 minutes.
Prepare and issue reserve paper tickets on the two routes, ensuring in case of sudden increase in passengers. Arrange additional mobile ticket sales points on the first and second floors of the station; Pre-sell single-trip tickets to passengers on August 27 and 29, 2025 when required.
Arrange the flow in - out in a "zhe kho" shape at stations (especially Cat Linh and Cau Giay stations) to ensure order and avoid pushing and shoveling. Arrange enough vehicles and human resources to ensure the operation of the ship according to the enhancement plan. Monitor, detect and coordinate to promptly fix the incident (if any).
