According to Mr. Dao Viet Long - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction, Hanoi currently has 2 subsidized electric bus routes connecting directly to the Vietnam Exhibition Center, including route No. 43 (connecting central districts such as Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Long Bien via Chuong Duong Bridge) and route E10 (connecting Gia Lam area via Dong Tru Bridge). In addition, the western area of Hanoi has 4 bus routes (25, 90, 96, 143) that go near but do not directly access the Exhibition Center (about 5-6km away).
To meet the travel demand during the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Hanoi Department of Construction proposed to increase 4 more bus routes in 3 directions:
From the center of Hanoi: Starting at Kim Ma - Hao Nam (reise): route 43 and Times City (route E08TC).
East of Hanoi: Starting at Ocean Park Urban Area (route E10).
West of Hanoi: Departure from Yen Nghia Bus Station (route 02TC) and Smart City Urban Area (route E09TC).
South of Hanoi: Departure from Giap Bat Bus Station (route 32TC).
It is expected that there will be 34 vehicles on duty every day and 37 vehicles on weekends, a total of 378 - 416 trips/day, operating from 7am to 10pm every day. Ticket prices are applied according to current regulations.
The expected implementation time is from October 26 to November 4, 2025, which is the time to organize the Autumn Fair according to the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
A representative of the Hanoi Department of Construction also said that during operation, the above bus routes can be flexibly adjusted to meet the actual needs of people and tourists.
