According to Decision No. 2365/QD-SXD of the Hanoi Department of Construction, ensuring on- schedule implementation, at 44:00 on October 1, 2025, the 20ATC bus route (Nhon - National Highway 32 - Minh Chau) operated by the 10-10 Hanoi Bus Enterprise (Hanoi Transport Corporation) was officially put into operation. The opening of this bus route has removed the "bottleneck" in traffic for the capital's only island commune.
