In order to best meet the travel needs of people and tourists coming to the capital to attend the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), Transerco has implemented a plan to serve public passenger transport by bus to all affiliated units in the spirit of civilization - politeness - thoughtfulness - friendliness.
For bus routes not affected by traffic diversion for the parade: Regular day: about 9,269 vehicles/day, corresponding to 791 vehicles in operation. Sunday: about 9,053 vehicles/day, equivalent to 771 active vehicles.
For bus routes affected by traffic diversion: On the training and preliminary approval day (24 and 27.8): adjust the route of 5 routes, rotate 23 routes and stop 4 routes.
On the general and official day (August 30 and September 2): adjust the route of 5 routes, turn 22 routes, adjust the end points of 2 routes and stop 3 routes.
In particular, during peak days (from August 30 to September 2), Transerco requires affiliated units to fully prepare human resources and means to promptly increase and release passengers at bus stations and transfer stations according to the needs and requirements of management agencies. The number of reserve vehicles is expected to increase by 34 vehicles, the number of increased vehicles is about 80.
In addition, Transerco also directed its affiliated units to strengthen maintenance and repair work; organize general inspection, renovation, and cleaning of vehicles, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality; prevent fire and explosion and ensure vehicles are in the best condition when leaving the route.
At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of service criteria, rules and regulations for bus operations, especially safety and security on routes, vehicles and passengers. Inspection and supervision forces are assigned to be on duty at bus stations to support the operation and clearance of passengers.
