The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

Regarding the progress of key traffic projects , including the investment project to build the road connecting Thang Long Avenue with Hanoi - Hoa Binh Expressway, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh recently directed localities to be more drastic in implementing land acquisition, site clearance, preventing re-encroachment of clean land, and at the same time, not allowing "hot spots" of social order to arise in project areas.
In addition, the leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee also requested that resettlement work must ensure that people have "accommodation, income and living conditions equal to or better than their old place of residence"; apply harmoniously, appropriately and in accordance with legal regulations, and not let some small problems or obstacles slow down the progress of the city's key projects and works.
