On May 30, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced the organization of traffic in the area of Lane 112 Tran Phu and Phung Hung Street (area of 16A Ha Dong General Hospital) in Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
Tran Phu area - lane 112 Tran Phu, Ha Dong:
- Prohibit vehicles from turning left from Tran Phu Street to Lane 112 Tran Phu.
- Vehicles traveling on Tran Phu Street that need to turn left into lane 112 Tran Phu should go straight, turn around at the opening point in front of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology.
Phung Hung Street (area of 16A Ha Dong General Hospital):
- Prohibit cars from turning left at peak hours in the morning and afternoon from Phung Hung Street to the alley of 16A Ha Dong General Hospital (near house 253 Phung Hung Street).
- Cars traveling on Phung Hung Street need to turn left into the alley of 16A Ha Dong General Hospital, then turn left onto Nguyen Son Ha Street to enter 16A Ha Dong General Hospital.
The implementation period is from tomorrow (May 31).
The Department of Construction assigned the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to carry out the maintenance of the traffic safety system at the intersection area, including road signs, road markings, etc. according to the approved traffic organization plan.
The Department Inspectorate arranges forces to coordinate with the Traffic Police and related units to organize guidance for vehicles to circulate according to the traffic organization plan.
Continue to monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect, propose and report to the leaders of the Department of Construction to adjust the traffic organization plan accordingly.
The Hanoi Department of Construction requested the Traffic Police Department - City Police to coordinate with the Department of Construction Inspectorate to guide traffic flow for vehicles participating in traffic to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic congestion.
Organize the handling of vehicles participating in traffic that violate the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order.
Request the People's Committee of Ha Dong district to direct the ward police force and local authorities to arrange forces to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Construction Inspectorate, Hanoi City Traffic Police and related parties to regulate and guide traffic flow to avoid traffic congestion.
Organize inspections and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes; illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads around the intersection.
