According to initial information, the accident occurred at 6:35 p.m. on November 22, at Km58+900m, National Highway 12B, in Lao Thanh hamlet, An Nghia commune, Lac Son district.
At this time, the motorbike with license plate 28F1-143.xx driven by Ms. Bui T.K.C (born in 1986, residing in Bao Hieu commune, Yen Thuy district, Hoa Binh) was moving from Lac Son district to Yen Thuy district.
When arriving at the above location, there was a collision with a motorbike going in the opposite direction with license plate 28N1-189.xx driven by Mr. Quach Van L (born in 1975) carrying Ms. Bui Thi T (born in 1974, both residing in Quyet Thang commune, Lac Son).
As a result, Ms. Bui T.K.C died at the scene; Mr. Quach Van L was injured.
On the same day, speaking with reporters, the leader of Bao Hieu Commune People's Committee confirmed that the victim who died in the accident was a local, a worker at a toy factory in Lac Son district, who was on his way home when the accident happened.
