Implementing the provisions of Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation;
The Ministry of National Defense publicly posted the list of 7 collectives and 5 individuals proposed by Party committees and commanders of key agencies and units directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to be awarded the Fatherland Protection Order and the Labor Order to gather opinions from people and officers and soldiers.
The time for taking opinions is from February 28 to March 11, 2026.

1. First-class Fatherland Protection Order (3 collectives):

2. Second-class Fatherland Protection Order (1 collective):
