The accident happened at about 10:50 am on February 26 at km 43+500 National Highway 18 in Dai Bat residential group, Tran Nhan Tong ward. At this time, a motorbike driven by N.T. L (born in 2004, residing in Nguyen Dai Nang ward) heading Quang Ninh to Bac Ninh, after carrying T.T. A (born in 2010, residing in Chu Van An ward) collided with a truck driven by Mr. D. V. V (born in 1974, residing in Ai Quoc ward, Hai Phong city) in the same direction in front, turning right into Dong Tan residential group. As a result, N.T. L died at the scene.
The preliminary cause was that Mr. D. V. V changed direction incorrectly, and the motorbike driver did not slow down to ensure safety.
On the same day, at 6:25 pm, at Quang Thanh intersection at km 35+500 National Highway 10, An Quang commune, a serious traffic accident also occurred. A tractor-trailer driven by Mr. P.N. T (born in 1983, residing in Nghe An province) traveling in the direction of Hai Phong - Hung Yen collided with a motorbike driven by Ms. N.T. T (born in 1998, residing in Vinh Hai commune) traveling in the direction of Hai Phong to Hung Yen, sitting behind was Ms. L.T. H (born in 1992, residing in Tuyen Quang province).
As a result, Ms. T was injured. At 0:21 on February 27, Ms. T died in the hospital. Currently, the cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified.
