Receiving information reflected to the VNeTraffic App and the fanpage of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) about pickup trucks running red lights on National Highway 21B, passing through Liem Ha commune, Ninh Binh province, the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has organized verification and clarification.
Through this, it was determined that at 3:41 PM on January 18, on National Highway 21B, passing through Liem Ha commune, Ninh Binh province, a pickup truck with license plate 90C-138.xx violated by not complying with the signal of the traffic light (running a red light).
On January 22, driver Pham Van T (born in 1982, residing in: Binh An commune, Ninh Binh province) who was the driver of the above pickup truck was invited to the headquarters to work. The Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police made a record of administrative violation against Mr. T for the above violation.
According to regulations, Mr. T will be fined VND 19,000 and 4 points from his driver's license will be deducted.
