World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) General Director Daren Tang sent a video message congratulating the 14th Congress; noting Vietnam's strong growth momentum and achieving a high ranking in the Global Innovation Index; emphasizing the central role of science, technology, innovation and intellectual property in Vietnam's national development strategy, especially the strong political commitment expressed in Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo. He affirmed that WIPO is ready and committed to continue to accompany and support Vietnam in promoting the potential of innovation associated with intellectual property, contributing to the implementation of Vietnam's long-term development goals, including moving towards becoming a modern industrial economy by 2030 and a high-income country by 2045.
