On February 1, Facebook spread a video of a car and a motorbike colliding head-on.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Le Hoa commune (Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province) confirmed that the above collision occurred in the area.
Previously, Mr. N.D.P (born in 1969, residing in Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province) drove car with license plate 38A-513.xx in the direction of Tan Ap - Dong Le on National Highway 15.
When reaching the road through Quang Hoa village (Le Hoa commune), the car collided with a motorbike with license plate 53P8-439.xx
On the motorbike, P.D.D (born in 2007, residing in Kim Thuy village, Kim Hoa commune) carried D.Q.N (born in 2007, residing in the same village).
The strong collision caused P.D.D to die on the spot. D.Q.N was seriously injured and is currently being treated at Hue Central Hospital.
The incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
