According to initial information, at about 11:28 pm, in hamlet 1, Truong Xuan commune (Truong Xuan market area), a truck with license plate 50E-342. 25 driven by Mr. Nguyen Tan Dan (34 years old) collided with a taxi with license plate 47A-634. 00 driven by Mr. Nguyen Hoai (32 years old, residing in Thuan Hanh commune).
Recorded at the scene, the taxi was hit and pushed into the roadside corner, the body of the car was deformed and almost completely damaged.
At the time of the accident, there were 3 people in the taxi, including the driver and 2 passengers.
As a result, Mr. Nguyen Hoai - taxi driver - died on the spot; the remaining 2 people were injured and taken to the emergency room, including 1 person who was seriously injured.
After the accident occurred, functional forces were present to regulate traffic and blockade the scene to serve the investigation.
