On the afternoon of September 8, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province organized the fourth conference to consolidate personnel and the position of Chairman of the Committee.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee announced Resolution No. 58 dated September 4, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizational and personnel work.
According to the resolution, Ms. Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, will no longer participate in the Committee and will no longer hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Mr. Vu Hoang Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was assigned and introduced to negotiate to participate in the Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
He was also introduced to participate in the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term.
After approving the report of the Standing Committee, the delegates unanimously consulted and elected Mr. Vu Hoang Anh as Member, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province for the term 2025-2030.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Vu Hoang Anh thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, provincial leaders and members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for their trust.
The new Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee committed to maintaining solidarity, respecting the collective, being close to the grassroots and close to the people; saying is done, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility.
He said that he will work with the Standing Committee to innovate operating methods, direct Front work towards practical and effective tasks; and at the same time hopes to receive the coordination of the People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, levels, sectors, member organizations and the support of the people.
