On June 14, Son My Commune People's Committee (Lam Dong province) said that member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune organized visits and gifts to workers in difficult circumstances working at high-tech chicken farms in the area.
Currently, Son My commune has not established a commune trade union. Trade union work in the area is being managed by Ham Tan Commune Trade Union according to the cluster trade union model.

The working delegation including representatives of the Commune Youth Union, the Commune Women's Union and the Commune Police Youth Union came to the grassroots Trade Union of Mebifarm Joint Stock Company to meet and visit workers.
The delegation presented 5 gifts to 5 union members in difficult circumstances. The gifts were intended to share and encourage workers to overcome difficulties in life, continue to feel secure in their work and stick with the business.
Local representatives said that although the value of the gifts is not large, it shows the concern of mass organizations for union members and workers working in non-state-owned enterprises.

Through this activity, the locality wishes to add motivation for workers to strive to work, produce, increase income, and stabilize their lives.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to strengthen the connection between mass organizations and workers, contributing to better care for the lives of union members and workers at the grassroots level.
Thereby creating motivation for them to continue to accompany businesses in the production and business process.
