On the afternoon of June 13, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to union members and workers suffering from dangerous diseases and in difficult circumstances in Thanh Hoa province.
At the program, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu provided general information about the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress to union members and workers in Thanh Hoa province.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 30 gifts to union members and workers of Aleron Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.; presented 50 gifts to union members and workers of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.
At the enterprises, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu visited and inquired about the employment situation, income, and living standards of union members and workers. At the same time, encouraged workers to continue to overcome difficulties, strive, and enthusiastically work in production.
The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also requested businesses to continue to pay attention to caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers; build a safe and stable working environment so that workers can feel secure and stick with the company for a long time.
Next, the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to worker Nguyen Thi Xuan, a union member of Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., suffering from severe kidney failure.
This is an activity within the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, aimed at caring for and supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from dangerous diseases nationwide.
