Based on Article 105 of Decree 168/2025/ND-CP stipulating that the commune-level business registration agency decides to revoke the business household registration certificate in the following cases:
- The content declared in the registration dossier for establishing business households is fake;
- Household businesses established by people who are not entitled to establish household businesses;
- Business households that do not submit reports as prescribed in Clause 6, Article 22 of Decree 168/2025/ND-CP to the commune-level business registration agency within 30 days from the expiration date of submitting reports;
- Suspending business operations at the registered address for more than 06 months without notifying the commune-level business registration agency, the directly managing tax authority;
- At the request of the Court;
- At the request of competent authorities as prescribed by law.
