Day of Dreams
On the morning of August 2, 2026, the yard of An Hiep Elementary School - Gan Reo school point (Hiep Thanh commune, Lam Dong province) became bustling when more than 500 preschool and elementary school students in the commune participated in the Vietnam Stature Day organized by Vinamilk and the Vietnam Children's Fund.
At the event, more than 20,000 Vinamilk ADM nutritional products were awarded to students in the area, contributing to supplementing a quality source of nutrition for children in the new school year. Vinamilk ADM nutritional milk contains 23 essential nutrients, necessary for children's development, including vitamin A, DHA, calcium, vitamin D3, zinc, selenium and many other important nutrients, supporting children's physical development, strengthening resistance and studying more effectively.
The activity is within the framework of the Vietnam Rise Milk Fund program, implemented by Vinamilk and the Vietnam Children's Fund since 2008, to expand access to nutrition and contribute to creating a comprehensive development foundation for children across the country.
The milk boxes given today not only carry material meaning, but also contain the feelings, sharing, and responsibility of the community to the young generation. This valuable support will contribute to improving nutrition, improving health, and adding resources for children to study, practice and develop comprehensively," Mr. Nguyen Quang Hiep - Chairman of the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune, Lam Dong province - shared at the event.
Representative of Vinamilk, Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinamilk - said that the opportunity to grow up healthier, more confident and have more faith in the future is also what the business wants to give to the children in the nearly two-decade journey of implementing the Vietnam Rise Milk Fund.
In parallel with providing quality nutrition, we want to work with the community to create more opportunities for children to be better cared for, develop more comprehensively and be more confident on the journey of maturity. When a child has a good nutritional background, is educated in more favorable conditions and is encouraged to pursue their dreams, they will have more opportunities to reach further in the future," Mr. Phuc expressed.
Nearly two decades of nurturing faith in the future for Vietnamese children
Born in 2008 under the chairmanship of the Vietnam Children's Fund and the companionship of Vinamilk, the Vietnam Rise Milk Fund was built with the desire to spread the opportunity to access nutrition, contributing to creating a foundation for children to develop healthier, more confident and more steadfast in the future journey.
After nearly 20 years of implementation, the program has reached all provinces and cities across the country, awarding more than 43 million nutritional products, with a total value of nearly 210 billion VND to more than 550,000 Vietnamese children.
Behind those numbers is the story of a journey of care that has been sustainably maintained through many generations. From schools in northern mountainous areas, remote communes, coastal areas, islands to centers for nurturing children with special circumstances, the program is continuously implemented with a consistent belief that every child deserves a better opportunity to develop.
For nearly two decades, the Vietnam Rise Milk Fund has not only brought milk boxes to children across the country but also contributed to narrowing the gap in access to nutrition between regions. Because for a strong and powerful country in the future, it is important to create a foundation for children to grow up healthy, confident and develop comprehensively. That is also Vinamilk's persistent way of realizing the mission of "Serving Vietnamese aspirations" over the past 50 years.
