According to the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 Ranking 2026 just announced by Fortune magazine, Agribank continues to hold 45th position among the 500 largest businesses in the region. This is the third consecutive year Agribank has been in the Top 50 of the ranking, thereby affirming the scale of operations, financial capacity and solid position of a key state-owned commercial bank on the Southeast Asian business map.
Fortune Southeast Asia 500 2026 is the third ranking conducted by Fortune magazine, based on the revenue of businesses in fiscal year 2025. The ranking gathers the largest businesses from seven Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia.

According to Fortune, 500 businesses in this year's ranking reached total revenue of 1.88 trillion USD, up 3.4% compared to the previous ranking period; total profit reached 150 billion USD. The minimum revenue threshold to be included in the list increased by 26%, to 440.6 million USD, showing the increasing scale and level of competition of the business community in the region.
Vietnam has 72 ranked enterprises, reaching a total revenue of nearly 177.9 billion USD, an increase of 10.5% compared to the previous year, about three times the revenue growth rate of the entire ranking. Although contributing less than 10% of the total revenue of Fortune Southeast Asia 500, Vietnamese enterprises generate about one-quarter of the revenue growth of the entire ranking this year, showing Vietnam's increasingly prominent role in the regional economic picture.
Maintains 45th position in the region
In the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 Ranking 2026, Agribank ranked 45th in the region and is the second highest-ranked Vietnamese bank. This is also the second consecutive year that Agribank has maintained its 45th position, in the context that revenue scale and accession conditions to the ranking have both been raised.
According to data released by Fortune, Agribank's revenue in fiscal year 2025 reached about 7.1 billion USD, up 6.7% compared to the previous year; profit reached nearly 954 million USD, up 8.9%. This result shows that Agribank not only maintains a large operating scale but also continues to improve business efficiency in the context of the world and regional economies still facing many fluctuations.
