On May 28, 2026, at the Sao Khue Award Ceremony and the announcement of the 2026 Vietnam Digital Technology Solution Map, two digital technology solutions of Agribank including: "Smart Form Solution - Agribank SmartForm" and "Online Loan Management System - Agribank Online Lending" were honored with the Sao Khue 2026 Award in the fields of BPO & Data Digitization and Financial Technology.
This is recognition for Agribank's innovative efforts, promoting comprehensive digital transformation to "serve customers" better and better through improving service quality, optimizing operation and bringing a convenient experience to customers.
Sao Khue Award is a prestigious event to evaluate and honor outstanding, leading prestigious digital technology products and solutions of Vietnam's software and IT service industry, initiated and organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) starting in 2003. Many products honored with the Sao Khue Award have become key solutions widely deployed in state agencies, businesses and large economic organizations, and gradually expanded to regional and international markets.
Sao Khue 2026 Awards is not only an honoring ceremony, but also an orientation activity when contributing to reflecting a comprehensive picture of the technology ecosystem. At the 2026 Awards Ceremony, VINASA for the first time introduced the Digital Solution Map based on 3 core axes: DOMAIN (uniqueness, creativity), MATURITY (maturity) and VALUE NATURE (value of the system), playing the role of a reference system, helping to classify and identify products and solutions according to each specific field.
The publication of the Digital Technology Solution Map is the most prominent innovation of Sao Khue 2026, which is expected to reflect and comprehensively assess the capacity, maturity and development structure of Vietnam's digital technology industry, thereby contributing to promoting the digital transformation of Vietnamese businesses and building an increasingly developed domestic technology ecosystem.
After many rounds of rigorous review, from dossier evaluation, presentation to actual appraisal, in order to ensure objectivity and accurately reflect the effectiveness of implementation in practice, 2 digital technology solutions of Agribank were honored to be selected and honored with the Sao Khue 2026 Award:
1. "Smart Form Solution - Agribank SmartForm": is a digitalization platform for Agribank's transaction processes and forms across the entire network of branches and large transaction points. The solution helps digitize the entire business form cycle on a unified and accurate platform in a short time, replacing paperwork and repetitive data entry operations.
Customers can book a transaction schedule on the website, kiosk at the counter, check in in advance and the operation is processed on a unified electronic form, creating a seamless experience from start to end of the transaction.
With flexible integration capabilities, data standardization and optimized dossier processing processes, Agribank SmartForm helps gradually modernize operational operations, improve management efficiency and promote the building of a professional digital working environment.
2. "Online Loan Management System - Agribank Online Lending": is a solution to support customers to access capital quickly and conveniently through the digital environment. The solution digitizes the entire process of receiving - verifying - appraising - approving - signing loan contracts - managing loans - operating reports on a unified platform for some Agribank loan products.
The deployment of Agribank Online Lending not only helps shorten the processing time of dossiers, increase transparency in the credit granting process, but also contributes to expanding access to banking financial services to customers in many regions, especially in the Tam Nong region, promoting comprehensive finance and national digital transformation.
