The Departments: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade; Provincial Inspectorate, Tax Department of Region V, People's Committee of Thuan Thanh Town and relevant agencies and units are responsible for urging and guiding the Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company of Industry and Trade Bank to implement the project in accordance with the provisions of law.
Previously, on March 7, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also issued an official dispatch to speed up the implementation of the Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Urban Area Construction Investment Project.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently guide and organize the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates for the Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Urban Area construction investment project to investors according to regulations, to be completed before March 25.
At the same time, proactively urge and direct the organization to determine the value of the project's land use rights through planning adjustments, ensuring the rights and obligations of investors, avoiding loss of state budget, to be completed before May 30.
The Department of Construction urgently organizes the appraisal of the basic design, granting a construction permit, ensuring the conditions for starting construction, completing the project before March 15.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the investment policy of Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Ecological Urban Area by the Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company (owned by Phu My Hung) at the conference to announce the planning and investment promotion held in September 2024.
According to the plan, the project has a scale of nearly 200 hectares in Thuan Thanh town, with a total capital of VND27,000 billion (nearly 1.1 billion USD).
According to the detailed planning adjustment project, the population of the project is nearly 28,000 people. This urban area has a highlight of a mixed-use building and a commercial center with a maximum height of 25 floors in the North and the center of the project.
