The Trade Union of Industry and Trade Banking Investment Joint Stock Company will develop a plan to organize the construction at the same time of the project items licensed before April 5.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the investment policy of Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Ecological Urban Area by the Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company (owned by Phu My Hung) at the conference to announce the planning and investment promotion held in September 2024.
Hong Hac - Xuan Lam ecological urban area was approved for investment by Bac Ninh province in December 2010. According to the plan, the project has a scale of nearly 200 hectares in Thuan Thanh town, with a total capital of VND27,000 billion (nearly 1.1 billion USD).
According to the detailed planning adjustment project, the population of the project is nearly 28,000 people. This urban area has a highlight of a mixed-use building and a commercial center with a maximum height of 25 floors in the North and the center of the project.
Phu My Hung is the investor of the urban area of the same name located along Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City - a model urban area with 5 urban clusters. In addition to Bac Ninh, Phu My Hung has recently researched investment and development of projects in Hoa Binh and Thai Nguyen.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of FDI giants in the fields of technology equipment manufacturing, electronics, and semiconductors.
