On July 27, at the headquarters of Tien Du Commune People's Committee, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong - Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee - chaired a working session, urging, removing difficulties and obstacles and promoting the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, disbursing public investment capital in 2026 in the communes: Tien Du, Lien Bao, Phat Tich, Dai Dong and Tan Chi.
Reporting at the working session, besides the achieved results, localities said that they are currently facing some difficulties in implementing socio-economic development tasks and disbursing public investment capital. Most communes have low disbursement progress of public investment capital such as: Dai Dong (9.82% of the plan); Tien Du (13.12% of the plan); Lien Bao (26.3% of the plan).
Communes proposed to the province to remove obstacles in planning, land, and site clearance; and at the same time, soon add staff and strengthen training to improve professional qualifications for officials of communes and villages.
Concluding the working session, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong acknowledged the socio-economic development results of 5 communes in the first 6 months of the year, and at the same time requested localities to closely follow the province's targets and tasks, striving to complete the double-digit growth target.
Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested communes to focus on planning and expanding industrial parks and urban areas, developing traditional occupations, attracting investment in trade and services, administrative procedure reform, and supporting businesses and business households.
Along with that, review and effectively exploit land funds, accelerate land auctions, remove obstacles in site clearance, and be determined to disburse 100% of public investment capital in 2026.
Regarding the local recommendations, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong directly exchanged and clarified some contents under his authority, and at the same time assigned departments and branches to consider and advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve them promptly.
