On July 26, information from the Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction said that the unit had just publicly announced the sale of social housing at the social housing construction investment project, electronics and household appliances retail supermarket, grocery store in Pho Moi town, Que Vo district (now Que Vo ward, Bac Ninh province) phase 2 in 2026. It is known that this project is also commercially known as the Kinh Bac social housing project.
According to the announcement of the Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction, the investor of the above project is Kinh Bac Real Estate and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project includes a social housing block combined with a 9-story electronics and household appliance retail supermarket and 1 attic with a total of 411 apartments, total floor area of 43,348m2.
Auxiliary items and technical infrastructure located in the project land area (internal roads, green trees, transformer stations, external technical infrastructure...) are invested in synchronous construction.
The project is currently completed and put into use.
The number of apartments for sale this time includes 50 units, the selling price is 11,060,000 VND/m2 (the selling price includes value-added tax and maintenance costs).
Application submission period from August 17 - September 16, 2026.
Previously, in September 2024, Lao Dong Newspaper reflected the situation that at the social housing project mentioned above, after only a short time of putting it into use, dozens of apartments were leased to foreigners - signs of violating regulations. After the newspaper's reflection and the involvement of functional agencies, foreigners were moved out of this social housing project.
As of the end of April 2026, Bac Ninh province has 102 social housing projects with a total scale of about 117,000 apartments.
In which, there are 31 projects with about 24,000 apartments that have basically completed construction and put into use; about 71 projects with a scale of nearly 94,000 apartments are being focused on construction.
