Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just approved the dossier inviting attention to the land-using investment project of Thien Phuc General Hospital (Que Vo ward).
The Provincial People's Committee assigned Bac Ninh Provincial Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2 to be responsible for organizing the implementation of inviting interest and selecting investors according to the approved invitation documents to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Finance, Department of Health, Bac Ninh Provincial Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2, Que Vo Ward People's Committee and relevant agencies are responsible for implementation.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Thien Phuc General Hospital project has a capital scale of more than 632 billion VND. The project is expected to use about 2.51 hectares of land to build a hospital with a scale of about 200 beds.
The items include solid construction works, green spaces, parking lots, yards and internal traffic systems.
Detailed scale of construction land area, construction density and products and services provided will be determined in the approval step of the feasibility study report (BCNCKT), ensuring compliance with the 1/500 scale detailed plan.
The operation and exploitation plan of the project will be specified by the investor in the following stages, in compliance with current legal regulations.
The project has a operating term of 50 years, calculated from the date the competent authority issues a decision to allocate land or lease land according to land law regulations.
The implementation progress is expected to be within 4.5 years from the date of investor selection. Investment phasing milestones, construction and business progress will be specified in the BCNCKT, in accordance with the investment policy approval decision as well as construction legal regulations.
