On January 7, the Investigation Police Agency of Gia Lai Provincial Police said that they had just arrested 4 subjects to investigate the act of illegally possessing and trading drugs.
Previously, at 2:00 PM on January 5, at house number 54/06 Luong Dinh Cua (group 4, Hoi Phu ward, Gia Lai province), the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Gia Lai Provincial Police) in coordination with Hoi Phu Ward Police caught Nguyen Xuan Dao (born 1973) and Tran Thi Kim Thu (born 1994, both residing in group 4, Hoi Phu ward) red-handed selling drugs to Bui Minh Thang (born 1991, residing in group 5, Dien Hong ward, Gia Lai province).
Exhibits seized included 7 nylon bags (size 4.3 x 7.5 cm) inside containing white crystalline solids and 4 transparent plastic straws, sealed at both ends containing white crystalline solids that the subjects declared to be methamphetamine. The above amount of drugs has a total weight of 62g.
On the same day, subject Nguyen Quang Hai (born 1985, temporarily residing in group 5, Hoi Phu ward) surrendered, confessing to all acts of illegally trading drugs together with subject Nguyen Xuan Dao.
