As a result, Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. (address in Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province) won the lottery and was entitled to purchase the above-mentioned assets.
Mr. Duong Trieu Tuan - Director of Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. - shared that he was really surprised when the company won the lottery and was entitled to buy assets of nearly 30kg of gold.
When officials of the Department of Finance randomly drew a ballot in the ballot box that representatives of 6 businesses had previously voted in, they invited representatives of one business to witness. I was the one invited to witness, but I was too surprised when opening the ballot, my company won the lottery," Mr. Tuan shared.
According to the regulations announced at the draw, within 5 working days from the date of signing the minutes confirming the results, the enterprise winning the right to purchase assets must sign a contract and pay a deposit of more than 28.4 billion VND (equivalent to 20% of the value of the gold lot). The remaining amount, about 113.6 billion VND, must be paid in the next 5 working days.
At the end of the next 5 days from the date of signing the contract, if the buyer does not pay enough for the asset purchase, the contract will be cancelled, at which time the buyer will lose the deposit of more than 28 billion VND.
After drawing lots to win the right to buy assets, Mr. Duong Trieu Tuan - Director of Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. said: "I am very happy that our company has won a lottery to buy assets of nearly 30kg of gold that the Ha Tinh Department of Finance organized to sell. I commit to complete the procedures for payment to receive assets within 5 to 10 days according to regulations.
Also according to Mr. Tuan, Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. operates in the field of gold processing and trading. It is known that the amount of gold purchased by the unit has a composition of 99.9-99.95, so the company will have to refine the gold to achieve 99.99% gold content, and then process jewelry products.
Another surprise is that Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. was established in early 2022.
According to business registration, this company has a charter capital of 10 billion VND, with two shareholders contributing capital including Mr. Duong Trieu Tuan and Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh (Hanoi).
