This cooperation agreement is a continuation of a memorandum of cooperation between the two banks signed in 2019, continuing to affirm the traditional and effective cooperation between the two leading banks of Vietnam and Thailand. Accordingly, the two sides agreed to continue promoting comprehensive cooperation, opening up many common development opportunities in important areas such as: Project funding, customer introduction and providing banking products and services to each other's customers, international payment and trade funding, sharing information in the fields of interest ... Especially, as a pioneer bank in the trend of green and sustainable development in each country, BIDV The project of co -sponsoring green and sustainable finance, supporting customers to integrate into the global trade market, aiming to neutralize Carbon and Net Zero.
With the witness of senior leaders of the two countries, the event awarded a comprehensive cooperation agreement between BIDV and EXIM Thailand with special significance, not only marking an important milestone in bilateral cooperation between the two banks but also contributing to promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Thailand, accompanied by the development of businesses of the two countries and the socio -economic development of ASEAN region.
