On December 26, the Ministry of Finance coordinated with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to organize a dialogue conference with Taxpayers (NNT) on tax and customs administrative policies and procedures in 2025.
In addition to traditional direct dialogue, to create maximum conditions for farmers nationwide to participate in dialogues to ask questions and problems, the Conference simultaneously deployed an online reception and response channel through the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Department and the Customs Department.

The dialogue conference attracted more than 1.7 million interactions, at times more than 11,000 people accessed online at the same time, received 639 questions and nearly 150 answers were posted, thereby supporting solving common problems for NNT both at home and abroad.
At the same time, the conference is an open dialogue space, helping the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Department and the Customs Department listen to and absorb the opinions and recommendations of businesses, contributing to building and improving the legal system, policies, and transparent and convenient administrative procedures.
In order to ensure that 100% of recommendations and obstacles of taxpayers sent to the conference are resolved thoroughly and promptly, demonstrating the spirit of receptiveness and responsibility of tax management agencies, the Tax Department requests heads of departments and units under the Tax Department and Taxpayers of provinces and cities to urgently implement the following contents:
Regarding the work of summarizing and assigning to answer questions sent to the conference, the Tax Department assigned the Management Board to comply and support taxpayers to coordinate with relevant units to review and fully statistically count the number of questions and obstacles of taxpayers sent to the conference but not yet answered and assign them to units to promptly answer according to their functions and tasks.
Regarding the work of resolving and answering problems, it is requested that Heads of Departments/units, Heads of taxes of provinces/cities directly direct and mobilize a team of civil servants with in-depth expertise and rich experience, assigning them to answer problems. Deadline for completing answering problems before 5:00 PM on December 27th.
For difficulties and complex questions, it is necessary to collect opinions, requesting units to send information that have received difficulties and questions via email and commit to sending written replies to NNT as soon as possible. At the same time, urgently coordinate and collect opinions from relevant units to summarize, draft content and respond to NNT. Completion deadline is no later than 10 pm on December 28.
The Management Board for compliance and support of taxpayers will preside over and closely monitor the implementation situation; summarize the implementation results of the entire system. Report the results to the Tax Department leaders on December 29.
The Office closely coordinates with the Compliance Management Board to urge and supervise the progress of implementation of units; promptly report to the Department Leaders on arising tasks (if any).
